My work is rooted in Integral Yoga, the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, Ayurvedic wisdom, and nourishment-based healing traditions. Over many years of practice and teaching, I’ve come to see that true recovery doesn’t come from doing more or trying harder. It comes from learning how to listen, how to slow down, and how to allow the nervous system to settle in its own time.
This is not a performance space, and it’s not a fixing process.
Nothing here asks you to push, strive, or optimize yourself.
Instead, these three classes invite you into rest — rest that is intelligent, embodied, and deeply restorative. Each session includes gentle teaching, guided awareness, and meditation practices designed to support nervous system regulation and a return to inner steadiness.
