A weekly online gathering
Listening Within is a gentle, integrated weekly practice designed to support rest, awareness, and nervous system settling.
Each session we slow down together, using breath, guided inner attention, and periods of stillness. While there will be moments of meditation, this is not a technique-driven space. The emphasis is on listening — to the body, the breath, and what is present — allowing steadiness to emerge naturally.
This practice is especially supportive for those feeling overwhelmed, fatigued, or over-efforted, as well as anyone seeking a consistent, grounding rhythm during the week.
No prior experience is needed. You are welcome exactly as you are.
