Spiritual Bath Tea

This is a spa therapy meditative bath. Blended with mantra and heart centered blessings. The combination of herbs and minerals make bathing experiential. Step into the mikva and allow for the sacred cleansing of mind and body.

How to use: Place one bag in 1 liter of boiling water. Let this steep for 12 hours. When it is time to bath put the infusion (decanted) into the bath water. If you do not have a bath, allow to completely cool and pour over the top of the head down to your toes in the shower.
